The Vapor-Proof Wet Location Streamer is similar to the Vapor-Proof Block streamer except it is designed for hanging rather than surface mounting. These sockets include a heavy-duty, internal crush-proof ring around the screw shell, an external grounding ring and a molded-in, heavy-duty brass hanging grommet. The body style is designed to accommodate a Vapor-Proof Pyrex globe and 75 Watt max incandescent or 32 Watt max fluorescent lamp. A heavy gauge steel wire guard is finished with a Zinc-Chromate plating for protection against corrosion. Socket bodies are molded of durable Hypalon (registered trademark DuPont Dow Elastomers) chlorosulfonated polyethylene type 4085 rubber, and each socket is integrally molded to type SOOW cable.

All products are molded to heavy duty 600 volt SOOW cable in solid Hypalon Rubber UL / CSA Rated UL 94 V-0 All Colors.
